With a late Thanksgiving this year, we've quickly entered December and the meat of the holiday season. This month can be challenging for fitness people like yourselves, as holiday events often conflict with gym productivity. Fortunately, we have the resources to help you stay on track while still enjoying the season's festivities.
Embrace the idea that "something is better than nothing.". Instead of worrying about missing your regular workout routine due to holiday commitments, do what you can when you can. December may not be the time for setting PRs or sticking to a full workout schedule, but it's still important to exercise as much as possible to maintain mental sanity and physical well-being. Our new challenge for the month is designed with this in mind. Even if a home workout of 100 burpees doesn't seem like “enough” compared to a full day at Monument Fitness, it could be just right for this month. Take a look at the challenge and see what you can achieve.
