MONDAY
Strength: Thruster
E2M x 5 : 5 reps, building
then E2m x 5: 2 front squats, maintain at least 80% 1rm working set weight throughout

WOD: 10m AMRAP
5 pull-ups
10 thrusters 75/55
5 burpee + back stepping lunges

S: jumping pull-ups, 65/45
L1: modified pull-ups
Rx+: 3 bar muscle ups or 6 ctb pull-ups, 95/65
