30 dynamic push-ups off a 45/35 plate under chest (in + out = 1)

S: modified db weight, 50 wall ball, 30 push-ups
L1: modified db weight, 40 push-ups or 20 dynamic push-ups
Rx+: 60 handstand push-ups for dynamic push-ups

  • athletes who can do HSPU are encouraged to do them with less reps if needed
